急性A型主动脉夹层患者择期手术的术前安全管理

Preoperative safety management for patients with acute type A aortic dissection

对86例择期手术的急性A型主动脉夹层患者进行术前安全管理,主要包括减轻皮肤护理、导尿过程对患者的刺激,强调患者卧位排便并保持通畅,遵医嘱应用止疼镇静药并做好副作用的风险防范,环境温度降低时要及时给患者保暖并监测血压,积极给予心理支持。经上述管理,所有患者均安全度过术前期获得手术机会,术后未发生切口感染。

This paper introduces the practice of preoperative safety management for 86 patients with acute type A aortic dissection. The key points in nursing were skin care,no-pain catheterization,defecation intervention,use of analgesic sedative drugs and prevention of side effects,monitoring of blood pressure and psychological support. All patients underwent opertation successfully without postoperative wound infection.
