聚焦解决模式在胎儿异常孕产妇心理护理中的应用研究

Application of solution focused approach in psychological nursing of pregnant women with fetal abnormalities

目的探讨聚焦解决模式在胎儿异常孕产妇心理护理中的应用效果。方法将120例胎儿异常孕产妇,分为试验组和对照组,每组60例,试验组接受聚焦解决模式心理护理,对照组患者接受常规心理护理,比较干预前后两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分。结果干预后试验组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者干预后焦虑和抑郁评分均优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论采用聚焦解决模式对胎儿异常孕产妇进行心理护理,能有效减轻其焦虑和抑郁情绪,促进了孕产妇的后期康复。

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of the implementation of focused solving model in psychological nursing of pregnant women with fetal abnormalities. Methods Totally 120 pregrant women with fetal abnormalities were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group. Focused solving model and routine psychological nursing was applied in the experimental group and the control group,respectively. The women were investigated using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale（CES-D） before and after intervention. Results After intervention,the SAS score and CES-D score decreased in both groups（P〈0.05）,while the SAS score and CES-D score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of focused solving model in psychological nursing for pregnant women with fetal abnormalities can effectively reduce anxiety and depression,and promote the rehabilitation of post-maternity.
