摘要
目的探讨护理本科生生涯自我效能现状及相关因素,为护理教育者开展职业生涯指导提供借鉴。方法采用一般情况调查表、护理本科生生涯自我效能问卷对400名护理本科生进行问卷调查,并对367份有效问卷进行统计学分析。结果护理本科生生涯自我效能得分为86.95±11.53,处于中等偏低水平。学生的生源地、年级、成绩排名、参与学生组织情况不同,其生涯自我效能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生的生涯自我效能仍有待提高,提高其生涯自我效能应考虑多方面因素。
Objective To investigate the level and related factors of career self-efficacy among undergraduate nursing students,and provide reference for career guidance. Methods Totally 367 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using a general information questionnaire and Career Self-efficacy Questionnaire for Nursing Students. Results The average score of undergraduate nursing students' career self-efficacy was 86.95 ±11.53,which was at the medium level. Students' career self-efficacy was related to their hometown,grade,academic achievement and participation of students' organizations. Conclusion The career self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students needs to be improved and is influenced by multiple factors.
