摘要
水轮发电机组在运行中,引起瓦温上升的原因很多。正确判断瓦温过高原因是解决问题的关键。柴河电站2号机组上导油槽温度及上导瓦温存在过高问题,本文对引起上导瓦温过高的原因作了分析,并以柴河电站2号机组为例,详细阐述了上导油槽温度及上导瓦温偏高的原因及处理方法。
There are many reasons to upper guide bearing metal temperature increase in the operation of hydroelectric generating set. The correct judgment of reasons for too high upper guide bearing metal temperature is the key to solve problems. The overtemperature problem of upper guide bearing oil groove and upper guide bearing metal in Chaihe Hydropower Station No. 2 unit are existed. In the paper, reasons to upper guide bearing metal temperature are analyzed. Chaihe Hydropower Station No. 2 unit is adopted as an example for describing the reasons and treatment methods of high upper guide bearing oil groove temperature and high unner guide hearing metal temperature in detail.
