屠宰牛肝脏和肺脏组织的病理学观察

Histopathological Observation of Liver and Lung of Slaughter Cattle

肝脏和肺脏及肺门淋巴结是牛的重要实质器官,也是屠宰后检验的重要脏器之一。发生的病变能够反映出屠宰牛机体的健康状况。为了更好地了解目前屠宰牛的健康状况,本调查是对某屠宰牛场的屠宰牛进行2个月龄大体病变观察和持续采样,对样品制作病理组织切片,进行显微镜观察。结果目前屠宰牛的肝脏和肺脏组织病变比率较高,占总屠宰量的比率分别达到4.89%(77/1576)和12.5%(197/1576),在一定程度上表明屠宰牛的健康状况不容乐观。本试验的结果可为屠宰牛尤其是肉用淘汰奶牛的检疫规范和监管措施的改进提供参考。

The liver,lung and the lung lymph node are considered not only the most significant substantive organs of cattle,but also the vital organs essential for quarantine after slaughter.The lesions of the organs indicate the physical condition of the cattle. To better understand of physical condition of the cattle slaughtered currently,we keep taking samples after the gross and lesions of organs observed from the slaughter cattle for two months in a large slaughter house. The histopathological sections were made for the sampled tissues and pathological changes were observed using microscope. The results showed that the pathological changes ratio in liver and lung was high reaching 4.89%（77/1576）and 12.5%（197/1576）in the total amount of slaughter cattle,respectively.Therefore,to some extent,the healthy condition of the cattle is not optimistic.Our results could benefit for the improvement of the quarantine standards and measures for the slaughter cattle,particularly for the infertile dairy cows used for meat.
