摘要
为了研究全身及局部应用抗生素治疗临床型乳房炎后病原菌的构成及比例,本试验对全身及局部灌注治疗后仍未痊愈的奶牛进行基本信息汇总并对乳样中病原菌进行形态学分离鉴定及16S r DNA基因序列分析。结果表明,经过治疗仍可分离到大量大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及绿脓假单胞菌等易产生耐药性的细菌。本试验为临床上经久不愈的乳房炎病例的治疗提供了参考方法。
The aim of the present study is to detect the composition and proportion of pathogenic bacteria in milk samplesfrom prolonged unhealed clinical mastitis cows after systemic and local application of antibiotics. We collected the basic informa-tion of the prolonged unhealed cows,and identified the pathogens through the colony morphology and 16 S r DNA gene sequencing.The results showed that pathogenic bacteria(Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus pyocyaneus)were resistant to an-tibiotics.This study provides an approach to treat prolonged unhealed clinical mastitis.
