醇提五倍子对鳙鱼消化酶活性及肠道形态的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究五倍子对鳙鱼消化酶活性及肠道形态的影响,本试验以鳙鱼为研究对象,分别饲喂含有0.00%、0.50%、1.00%、2.00%醇提五倍子的饵料,于第15、30、45天采集肠道内容物,检测消化酶活力,并于45 d采集前肠及后肠,制作石蜡切片,观察肠道形态变化。结果发现:(1)第15天试验组胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活力随着五倍子添加浓度增加而降低,饲养至第45天,0.50%组消化酶活力均高于对照组(P>0.05),2.00%组消化酶始终低于其他各组;第15天试验组淀粉酶活力高于对照组,1.00%组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第30、45天试验组酶活力有所下降但仍高于对照组;(2)各试验组间前肠绒毛高度与各组前肠V/C值差异不显著(P>0.05),以1.00%组最高;0.50%组、对照组后肠绒毛高度与2.00%组差异显著(P<0.05);各组后肠V/C差异不显著(P>0.05),以0.50%组最高。由此看出,日粮中添加不同浓度醇提五倍子,初期抑制了消化酶分泌及肠道发育,随饲养时间延长,低浓度五倍子可促进消化酶分泌和肠道发育,而高浓度五倍子抑制消化酶分泌和肠道发育,最适添加比例为0.50%。 In order to study the effect of gallnut on digestive enzyme activity and intestinal morphology of Aristichtys nobilis,0.00%,0.50%,1.00% and 2.00% alcohol extractions of gallnut were added into the basic diet respectively.Intestinal contents werecollected to detect the digestive enzyme activity at 15,30,and 45 d. At 45 d,foregut and hindgut were collected to make paraffinsections to observe morphological changes.The results showed that the trypsin and lipase activities reduced with the increasing con-centration of gallnut at 15 d in test group,and the digestive enzyme activity of 0.50% group was higher than the control group whenfeeding to 45 d(P〉0.05). Digestive enzyme activity of 2.00% group was always lower than other groups. At 15 d,amylase activityin test groups was higher than the control group.1.00% group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).At 30 d and45 d in test group,enzyme activity decreased but was still higher than the control group.Difference in foregut villus height betweenthe experimental groups was non-significant,and 1.00% was the highest;Height of hindgut intestinal villus in 0.50% group andthe control group was significantly different from that of the 2.00 group(P〈0.05).V/C difference was not significant in each groups(P〉0.05),and 0.50% group was the highest.For the diets supplemented with different concentrations of alcohol extracted gallnut,secretion of digestive enzyme and intestinal development were impaired at the beginning. However,with the extension of feedingtime,secretion of digestive enzyme and intestinal development were enhanced by low concentration gallnut,and the optimum add-ing proportion was 0.50%.
