摘要 阴极保护是防止埋地钢质管道腐蚀最可靠安全的技术。阴极保护准则是评价管道是否受到腐蚀和阴极保护有效性的重要依据。针对阴极保护准则,国家标准GB/T 21447-2008和GB/T 21448-2008略有差异。以新版NACE SP0169-2013为例,介绍了该标准在最大/最小保护电位、特殊情形下阴极保护准则以及替代Cu/CuSO_4参比电极的阴极保护准则的先进性,例如提出外腐蚀控制有效性的基准是0.0025mm/y,明确了酸性环境、高温条件下的阴极极化电位要求,给出了应力开裂范围内相关温度下的极化电位关系曲线图,以及4种参比电极在不同环境中的电位等效值和温度系数。最后,提出了借鉴NACE SP0169-2013先进性,针对国家标准GB/T 21447-2008和GB/T 21448-2008的修订建议。 Cathodic Protection was the most reliable and safe technology to prevent the corrosion of buried steel pipeline. Cathodic protection criteria was an important basis for evaluating whether the pipeline was affected by corrosion and cathodic protection. In view of cathodic protection criteria, the national standard GB/T 21447-2008 and GB/T 21448-2008 were slightly different. With the example of the new edition NACE SP0169-2013, the paper introduces the advancement of the standard in the maximum / minimum protection potential, the cathodic protection criteria of the special case and he alternative to the Cu/ CuSO4 reference electrode, such as proposing control of external corrosion on the validity of the benchmark is 0.0025ram/y, determinating cathodic polarization potential requirements under the acidic environment and high temperature conditions, giving the relationship between the polarization potential and temperature in the range of stress corrosi and potentialequivalent value and temperature coefficient of the 4 kinds reference electrode.on cracking. Finally, the suggestion of referring the advancement of NACE SP0169-2013 and revising GB/T 21447-2008 and GB/T 21448-2008 were made.
