摘要
某核电厂鼓形滤网牺牲阳极在大修检查过程中发现部分阳极存在不同程度的拱起现象,其中个别已发生断裂。本文一方面对阳极铁芯的化学成分、金相及夹杂物进行检测,另一方面对阳极体断口、剖面进行分析。综合结果表明:组织内较多的非金属夹杂物可能引起铁芯断裂,而阳极体内部大量缺陷导致自身拱起乃至断裂,两者的叠加作用共同促使了牺牲阳极发生整体断裂。
Somesacrificial anodeson the Drum Filterwere found to have different degrees of arch in a nuclear power plant during the overhaul, and individuals had been broken.On the one hand, the chemical composition, metallographic and inclusions of the anode iron cores were detected.On the other hand, the fracture surface and section of the anode bodies were analyzed.Comprehensive results showed thatthe large quantity non-metallic inclusions in the microstructuremay cause the fracture of the iron core, and a large number of defects in the anode bodies lead to arch and even fracture, and the superposition of the two promotes the sacrificial anodes overall fracture.
