摘要
柔性阳极依据阳极芯的材质不同,可以分为导电聚合物阳极和金属氧化物MMO阳极等。其中MMO/Ti柔性阳极因具有电流密度大、使用寿命长而广泛应用于管线的阴极保护。本文通过外加直流电对MMO/Ti柔性阳极进行性能测试,获得良好的测试结果,并在某机场航油管线中设计、计算和安装柔性阳极保护系统,实现了柔性阳极在机坪航油管线上的应用。
According to the material of the anode core, flexible anode can be divided into conducting polymer anode and metal oxide MMO anode. And the metal oxide MMO anode was widely used in the cathodic protection of pipelines because of the large flow density and long service life. By applying direct current to the MMO/Ti flexible anode for performance testing, we get a good test result. And we design and installation of a flexible anode protection system at the airport aviation fuel pipeline, flexible anode implements used in the airport jet fuel pipeline.
