摘要
本研究测试了含有不同类型的表面清洁剂的四种商品牙本质粘合体系(Gluma Bond System,Super Bond C&B,Dentin Adhesive and Dantin Adhesit)及一种试验牙本质粘合体系与人类牙本质的抗张粘合强度。四种商品牙本质粘合体系的粘合强度范围在2.3~11.8MPa之间,试验牙本质粘合体系抗张粘合强度为13.5MPa。本文还比较了四种表面清洁剂与上述树脂体系交叉配合使用时粘合强度的变化。发现EDTA对多数树脂体系能够获得较好的效果。本研究还对各种表面清洁剂处理后的牙本质表面的微观结构进行了扫描电镜观察。
<ABSTRACT>
The tensile bond strength for four commercial dentln bone systems
(Gluma Bond System, Super Bond C & B, Dentin Adhesive and Dentin
Adhesit ) and an experimental dentin bond system containing different clea-
nsers was tested respectively. The range of bond strength to human dentin
for the four commercial products is from 2. 3Mpa to 11. 3Mpa and for the
experimental dentin bond system the value is 13. 5MPa. The variation of
bond strength of different resin system to dentin was s tudied when different
cleansers were used intersectely and it was found that EDTA is effective
for most of the resin system. The microstructure of dent 'n surface treated
with different cleansers was also observed by SEM.
