比较政治学的学科发展、比较历史分析、政治发展与民主化研究评述

2013—2015年,中国的比较政治学研究~①在近10年形成的研究热潮的基础上继续有所发展,尤其是在学科发展、比较历史分析中的中国议题、政治发展和民主化等领域发表了较多的成果,既有对现实问题的独到理解,也有理论创新的冲动。但总体来说,没有改变仍处于解读国外比较政治学的成果和知识积累的阶段,尤其是在比较政治的三大理论范式即理论选择理论、政治文化理论、结构主义和比较方法领域,除政治文化研究外,不但缺乏理论创新,甚至缺乏足够的研究和知识积累,多是分析和介绍国外的研究成果。政治文化研究的知识积累较多一些。同时,由于比较政治所涉及的领域广泛,因而学者们大都围绕各自的领域或议题进行研究,缺少学术交锋,至多是介绍国外不同流派之间的争论和分歧,这显然不利于学术发展。

China’s comparative politics continue to develop from 2013 to 2015,based on nearly 10 years of researches,and it published more achievements,especially in the field of subject development,comparative historical analysis of Chinese issues,political development and democratization,not only the unique understanding of the practical problems,but also the theoretical innovation impulse.But overall,most researches of our country has not changed the situation that our researches still in the stage of explaining foreign comparative political results and knowledge accumulation,especially in the three theoretical paradigms of comparative politics,rational choice theory,political and cultural theory,structuralism and comparative theory.In addition to the studies of political culture,not only the lack of theoretical innovation,and even the lack of adequate research and knowledge accumulation,most of them is to analyze and introduce foreign research results.In terms of political culture studies,Chinese scholars have relatively more knowledge accumulation.At the same time,since the field of comparative politics involved in a wide range,scholars research mostly around their respective areas or topics,therefore lacking the academic debate,at most is to introduce foreign arguments and disagreements between different genres,this is obviously not conducive to academic development.
