摘要
船用LNG储罐夹层管路因LNG介质特性,在储罐充装、卸液过程中需经历巨大温差,而且船体晃动也会对管路造成不利影响。本文针对以上情况,运用有限元分析方法,对某型船用LNG储罐夹层低温管路进行建模分析,根据船用LNG储罐的工况,对管路在不同工况下的一次应力及二次应力进行校核,探索船用LNG储罐夹层低温管路的应力分析方法,为其设计提供可靠的理论根据。
Because of the characteristics of LNG, the interlining cryogenic pipeline of marine LNG tank will withstand a huge temperature difference during loading and unloading. In addition, the ship rolling will also have an adverse effect on the pipeline. In this paper, according to the above situations, the interlining cryogenic pipeline of a marine LNG tank was analyzed by using finite element analysis method. According to the operating conditions of the marine LNG tank, the first stresses and the second stresses of the pipeline under different conditions were checked. The stress analysis method of the interlining cryogenic pipeline of marine LNG tank was discussed, which could provide reliable theoretical basis for its design.
