摘要
结合相关规范要求及实际配管设计中的注意事项,以某芳烃项目中的泵为例,介绍管廊下泵的布置及管道设计,以及操作温度等于或高于自然点的可燃液体泵的柔性要求。在无应力分析要求下,泵出入口第一个支架设置刚性可调支架;塔底泵根据与塔的位置,改变管道走向,增强自然补偿能力,符合应力要求。
Combined with specification requirements and matters needing attention in actual piping design, taking the pump of an aromatic project as an example, equipment layout and piping design of the pump under piping rack were introduced, and flexible requirements of combustible liquid pump when operation temperature was equal to or higher than the natural point were introduced. The first support of inlet and outlet pipeline of pump was a set of rigid adjustable support. According to the position between pump and tower, the stress requirements were satisfied by changing the pipeline trend and adding natural comoensation ability.
