摘要
泾河油田原油粘度大,原油组分中高碳类化合物、重质组分偏高,属中质至重质油,抽油机在生产过程中杆柱运动摩阻大,尤其是下冲程时杆柱下行困难,易造成光杆与驴头的不同步现象,严重时发生"软卡"躺井,且不合理的冲次易产生冲击载荷,缩短抽油杆柱使用寿命。为此,以调径变矩抽油机悬点运动和抽油杆柱自由下行运动为基础,分析了悬点与抽油杆柱的运动协调性,得出了适合本地区稠油抽油机井的合理冲次,对于低渗透稠油油藏的经济有效开采具有一定的指导意义。
Jinghe crude oil with high viscosity, high carbon compound and heavy component, belongs to medium to heavy oil. The rod string stands huge friction while the pumping unit works,especially in the down stroke process. It is easy to cause the rod and horsehead out of sync, even the occurrence of "flexible sticking". The unreasonable stroke frequency is easy to produce the impact load, which will shorten the service life of sucker rod string. In view of this problem, based on the suspension center motion and the force analysis of the sucker rod string, the motion coordination of suspension center and sucker rod was analyzed, and the reasonable stroke frequency was obtained. The research results have certain guiding significance for economical and efficient exploitation of low permeability heavy oil reservoirs.
