相似理论在分压注入工具模型实验中的应用

摘要 根据量纲和谐原理及π定理,建立了描述非牛顿流体在分压注入工具内流动的相似准则方程,并推导了溶液流经分压注入工具时的压降关系式。以相似原理为基础,比较了非牛顿流体在分压注入工具内流动时,各相关物理量之间的比例关系。计算得到了在原型与模型中溶液流动达到动力相似的模型尺寸和流量条件。为使用PIV系统进行分压注入工具流场实验的方案制定提供了理论依据。 By principle of dimensional homogeneity and π theorem, the flow standard equation for the non Newtonian fluid in the separate injection tool was established, and the pressure drop equation of the solution flowing in the separate pressure injection tool was derived. Based on the similarity principle, the proportional relation of the relative physical quantities between the solution flows in the prototype of separate pressure injection tool and the model of separate pressure injection tool was compared. The conditions that the solution flow in the prototype and the solution flow in the model can become dynamic similarity were obtained.
