抗生素在水环境中痕量检测的研究进展

Research Progress in Trace Detection Techniques of Antibiotics in Water Environment

近年来,随着抗生素的滥用使得抗生素在自然环境中的分布越来越多,其在水环境中的污染问题也越来越受到各界的关注。本文将对抗生素在水环境中的分布与代谢,样品前处理方法及现有检测技术的研究进展三方面进行讨论与分析,并对抗生素痕量检测技术的研究发展方向进行了展望。

In recent years, with the abuse of antibiotics, distribution of antibiotics in the natural environment is more and more, the pollution problem in water environment obtains more and more attention. In this paper, distribution and metabolism of antibiotics in the aquatic environment were introduced as well as research progress of the sample pretreatment method and existing detection technology, and research and development direction of the detection technique for trace antibiotics was discussed.
