三乳酸甘油酯和橄榄油对冷应激肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:5

Effect of lacti-glyceride and olive oil on growth performance, blood biochemical parameters and anti-oxidative capacity of cold-stressed broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究三乳酸甘油酯和橄榄油对冷应激肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标及血液抗氧化能力的影响。选用200只1日龄科宝肉鸡,随机分为4个处理组:对照组、冷应激组、乳酸甘油酯组、橄榄油组,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮、基础日粮+500 mg/kg三乳酸甘油酯、以橄榄油替代豆油的基础日粮,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验第1周各组温度控制在32~34℃,第2周控制在30~32℃,试验第3~6周冷应激组、乳酸甘油酯组、橄榄油组控制在(10±2)℃,而对照组维持在(26±2)℃,湿度50%~60%。试验结果表明:①与对照组相比,冷应激处理降低了肉鸡的生长性能、部分组织器官相对重量(胸腺、法氏囊、腿肌)和血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的酶活力(P〈0.05),提高了血液碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的酶活力和心脏的相对重量(P〈0.05);②与冷应激组相比,日粮中添加三乳酸甘油酯降低了冷应激肉鸡血液谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、ALP的酶活力和总胆红素(TBIL)含量(P〈0.05),提高了血液SOD和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的酶活力(P〈0.05);③与冷应激组相比,日粮中橄榄油替代豆油可提高冷应激肉鸡血液的总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)含量及血液SOD和GSH-Px的酶活力(P〈0.05),降低血液TBIL含量(P〈0.05)。试验研究结果表明,三乳酸甘油酯和橄榄油均能够改善冷应激肉鸡血液生化指标,提高冷应激肉鸡的血液抗氧化能力。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of lacti-glyceride and olive oil on growthperformance, blood biochemical parameters and anti-oxidative capacity of cold-stressed broilers. Twohundred 1-day-old Cobb chickens were randomly divided into four groups(control group, cold-stressgroup, lacti-glyceride group, and olive oil group). Each treatment has 5 replicate pens and 10 chick-ens per pen. The control group and cold-stress group were fed a basal diet, whereas lacti-glyceridegroup were fed basal diet + 500 mg/kg lacti-glyceride and olive oil group were fed basal diet whichsoybean oil was replaced by olive oil. The cold-stressed process was followed as: first week 32~34 ℃,second week 30~32 ℃, third to sixth week(26±2) ℃(the control group was controlled) and(10±2) ℃(the other groups). The humidity of all groups were controlled in 50%~60%. The results showed that:①Compared with the control group, cold-stressgroup decreased the growth performance, as wellas the relative weight of organ(thymus, bursa offabricius, leg muscle) and superoxidase activityin blood(P〈0.05), but increased the alkalinephosphatase in blood and the weight of heart(P〈0.05). ② Compared with cold- stress group, dietsupplemented with 500 mg/kg lacti-glyceride decreased the activity of the alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and the level of total biliru-bin in blood, but increased the activity of superoxidase, glutathione peroxidase in blood(P〈0.05).③Compared with cold-stress group, olive oil increased the levels of total protein, globulin and the activi-ties of superoxidase and glutathione peroxidase in blood(P〈0.05), but decreased the level of total bili-rubin in blood of cold-stressed broilers(P〈0.05). Collectively, these results showed that lacti-glycer-ide and olive oil can improve blood biochemical parameters and increase the anti-oxidative capacity ofcold-stressed broilers.
