摘要
反思教学发现,课堂教师评价促进学生学习和发展可通过"提升学习动力"和"提升学生认知"两条途径实现。实践研究发现,把核心问题教学作为课堂教师评价功能发挥的基础;核心问题教学中,提出问题环节凸显情境激励功能、解决问题环节凸显专业引导功能、反思提升环节凸显生成积淀功能、运用反馈环节凸显体验强化功能是实现课堂教师评价功能的有效策略。
It is discovered through reflection upon previous teaching cases that there are two main approaches to enhance students' learning and development. The two means are to fuel students' motivation to study and to enhance students' cognition. After practicing and experimenting,we have found that the effectiveness of teachers' in- class evaluation can be well realized in a core- task teaching. There are four key strategies for the implementation of the four links in core- task teaching: creating a proper atmosphere to motivate students to explore the core- task of the course in the problem framing stage; providing professional guidance to the students in the problem solving stage; having students formulating and accumulating both course- specific technical knowledge and soft skills in the reflection / sublimation stage; and directing students through new problems relying on newly learned knowledge and developed skills in this class to reinforce their experience with the course objective in the application stage.
