摘要 [目的]建立超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱法(UPLC-Q-TOF)定性定量分析一种除草剂的方法。[方法]通过超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱法,对除草剂的精确分子质量和结构式进行分析,并建立了三氟啶磺隆含量的液相色谱-紫外检测的测定方法。[结果]确证了除草剂为三氟啶磺隆,含量为9.1%。[结论]利用UPLC-Q-TOF在得到精确分子质量数方面的优势,发现和鉴定非特定的目标化合物,为农药的定性分析提供一个有效的思路和方法。 [Aims] The aims were to establish the qualitative and quantitative analysis method for herbicide by UPLC-Q-TOF. [Methods] The structural formula of herbicide was confirm by ultra performance liquid chromatographyquadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF), and the content of trifloxysulfuron was analyzed by liquid chromatography and UV detector. [Results] The herbicide of trifloxysulfuron was confirmed, and the content was 9.1%.[Conclusions] The UPLC-Q-TOF was applied for the discovery and identification of chemical compound. This work provides an effective idea and method for the qualitative ananysis of pesticide.
