摘要
[目的]建立一种高效液相色谱测定除虫脲原药中对氯苯胺含量的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Kromosil-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 m L/min,在242 nm波长下对除虫脲原药中对氯苯胺进行定量分析。[结果]当对氯苯胺质量浓度在0.06~2.50 mg/L范围内,方法的线性相关系数为0.9997,平均回收率为110.9%。[结论]方法准确、快速,适用于除虫脲原药及其他产品中对氯苯胺残留的定量分析。
[Aims] A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of p-chloroaniline content in diflubenzuron TC. [Methods] The content of p-chloroaniline was quantitatively determined by HPLC with the Kromosil-C_(18) column as fix phase and acetonitrile-water as mobile phase. The wavelength was 242 nm, and the flow rate was 1 m L/min. [Results]The results showed that when the concentration of p-chloroaniline ranged from 0.06 to2.50 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997, and the average recovery was 110.9%. [Conclusions]The method is simple and accurate, which is suitable for the quantitative analysis of p-chloroaniline in diflubenzuron TC or other products.
