杀菌剂对芒果蒂腐病菌的抑菌活性及复配增效作用 被引量:5

Toxicity and Synergistic Activity of Different Fungicides against Botryosphaeria parva

摘要 [目的]筛选对芒果蒂腐病菌(Botryosphaeria parva)具有较好防治效果的杀菌剂及增效配方,以期为该病的综合防治提供参考。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定10种杀菌剂及2种复配药剂对芒果蒂腐病菌的抑菌活性。[结果]供试药剂吡唑醚菌酯、肟菌酯、氟硅唑、苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑对芒果蒂腐病菌具有较好的抑制作用,其EC50值均小于1 mg/L,分别为0.1290、0.1779、0.2084、0.4359、0.7726 mg/L,将肟菌酯和吡唑醚菌酯进行复配,当质量比为9∶1时抑菌活性最好,EC50值为0.0394 mg/L,增效最明显,增效系数为3.3648。[结论]筛选的肟菌酯·吡唑醚菌酯混剂对芒果蒂腐病具有较好的防治效果,可作为防治芒果蒂腐病的有效药剂。 [Aims] This study aims to screen out effective single-dose and compound fungicides for controlling plant diseases caused by Botryosphaeria parva to provide reference for integrated disease management. [Methods] The toxicity of ten fungicides and two mixtures were tested by using inhibiting mycelium growth rate method. [Results] Pyraclostrobin,trifloxystrobin, flusilazole, difenoconazole, propiconazole had significant inhibitory activity with EC50 values of 0.1290,0.1779, 0.2084, 0.4359, 0.7726 mg/L respectively. The mass ratio of trifloxystrobin and pyraclostrobin(2 ∶1) was the most obvious with the synergistic coefficient of 3.3648 with EC50 of 0.0394 mg/L. [Conclusions] The effective fungicide containing trifloxystrobin and pyraclostrobin was screened out, which have better inhibitory activity than other fungicides, and it can be used for controlling the B. parva.
