摘要
[目的]针对目前稻瘟病抗药性增强、传统药剂防效降低的现象,评价不同药剂防治稻瘟病的效果,增加其药剂的可选性。[方法]以新型高效杀菌剂9%吡唑醚菌酯微囊悬浮剂为材料,进行水稻穗颈瘟的田间药效试验。[结果]9%吡唑醚菌酯微囊悬浮剂制剂用量900 m L/hm^2,在水稻破口5%和齐穗期各施药1次,对水稻穗颈瘟、纹枯病均有一定的防治效果,对穗颈瘟防效90.7%,对纹枯病防效89.4%,较对照药剂75%肟菌酯·戊唑醇WG和75%三环唑WP的防效均有明显的提高;该药剂对水稻高度安全,能让水稻株型紧凑收敛、光合作用增强,从而达到增产作用,增产率达到26.7%。[结论]新型杀菌剂9%吡唑醚菌酯微囊悬浮剂能有效防治水稻穗颈瘟并提高水稻产量,值得推广、选择、轮换使用。
[Aims] Considering the phenomenon of the stronger resistance and the lower control effect of traditional drugs on rice blast, the paper aims to evaluate the control effect of different pesticides on rice blast for increasing the selectivity. [Methods] The control effect on rice ear neck blast was carried out through the field trial by using pyraclostrobin 9% CS as material. [Results] The result showed that pyraclostrobin 9% CS could control the rice ear neck blast and the rice sheath blight at preparation dosage of 900 m L/ha sprayed in rice crevasse period and full panicle period, the effects to rice ear neck blast and rice sheath blight were 90.7 and 89.4%, respectively, higher than trifloxystrobin + tebuconazole 75% WG and tricyclazole 75% WP; pyraclostrobin was safe to rice, could enhance photosynthesis and compact plant-type, the field-growth rate was 26.7%. [Conclutions] Pyraclostrobin 9% CS is a new kind of fungicide to control rice ear neck blast and increase production, it is worthy to be promoted, selected and applied alternately on rice.
