Development of the semi-worsted segment color spandex core-spun yarn

通过对段彩纱、氨纶包芯纱的纺纱原理进行研究分析,在细纱机上进行段彩包芯纱纺纱装置的改造,满足了纺制段彩包芯纱的要求。在半精纺段彩氨纶包芯纱的开发过程中,通过对原料与纱线结构的研究,设计出半精纺段彩氨纶包芯纱。探讨纺纱各工序的生产要点,合理选择主要工艺参数,解决了影响纱线质量的因素,成功开发出极具个性色彩的半精纺段彩氨纶包芯纱。生产实践证明了设备改造的正确性与生产工艺的合理性。

Based on the research and analysis on the spinning principle of segment color yarn and core spun yarn,the spinning frame of segment color core spun yarn spinning equipment is modified to meet the requirement for spinning section segment colour core-spun yarn. In the development of the semi worsted segment color spandex core spun yarn,27. 8 tex ＋ 7. 7 dtex semi-worsted segment color spandex core-spun yarn is designed through the research of materials and yarn structure. The paper also explores the critical production links and how to choose the main process parameters reasonably. In a word,the research successfully solves a series of problems that affect yarn quality and developes a kind of highly unique semi-worsted segment color spandex core-spun yarn. Moreover,the present discovery justifies the necessity of equipment transformation and rationality of the production process.
