摘要
探讨了羊毛角蛋白与丝素蛋白制备羊毛角蛋白丝素蛋白膜最佳混合比例。通过对不同比例的羊毛角蛋白丝素膜的吸湿回潮率、溶胀率、分子结构与力学性能的测试,分析不同比例羊毛角蛋白丝素膜的综合性能,寻求羊毛角蛋白丝素蛋白膜最佳混合比例。研究表明,羊毛角蛋白丝素蛋白膜的吸湿回潮率、溶胀率及断裂伸长率随着羊毛角蛋白含量的增加而不断上升,而结晶度与断裂强力随着羊毛角蛋白含量的增加而不断下降。综合分析认为:羊毛角蛋白与丝素蛋白的比例为3∶7时,羊毛角蛋白丝素蛋白膜的性能最优。
The best proportion of wool keratin and silk fibroin to prepare wool keratin- silk fibroin membrane was studied in this paper by testing hygroscopic moisture regain,swelling rate,molecular structure and mechanical properties of wool keratin- silk fibroin membrane in different proportions to seek the best proportion of wool keratin and silk fibroin. The research showed that hygroscopic moisture regain,swelling rate and breaking elongation were all increased with proportion of wool keratin rising which the crystallinity and breaking strength were on the other way. It was believed that the proportion3∶ 7 of wool keratin and silk fibroin was the best proportion to prepare wool keratin- silk fibroin membrane.
