基于竹资源价值链的四川生物基纺织产业发展研究 被引量:2

摘要 探讨中国纺织业增长动力从传统纺织转向生态纺织(生物基纺织),将常规纺织产能切换成高新纺织产能。对生物基纺织(竹纤维纺织)成为四川纺织业转型升级跨越发展的首选战略和产业扶贫模式进行研究。应用价值链理论和钻石模型的研究认为:四川战略区位优势明显,竹资源富集,要素充沛,彰显差异化优势可加快龙头聚集,强化集中度方向能催化行业重点突破。采纳构建共同发展愿景、整合优化产业链、双转提升产业水平和上下游协同创新等策略,将形成绿色产业扶贫及供给侧改革的有效突破。整合要素、生态产品和绿色制造三向并进,必将创新竹纤维价值链,赢得发展新机遇,升级国际竞争力,推动建成纺织强国。 The paper studied the capacity switching of China' s textile industry to get new growth impetus. Studying on the application of value chain theory and diamond model,which showed that the bio-based textile( bamboo fiber textile) should become the development strategic choice for Sichuan textile industry to transformate and upgrade and industry poverty alleviation. Sichuan can highlight its advantages of differentiation to speed up the industry leaders gathering,and strengthen centralized direction to catalyze breakthroughs in the key industriy. While constructing the common vision,integrating and optimizating the industrial chain, and upgrading the industry level by the double transgenic( industrial transfer,transformation and upgrading),and collaborative innovation from upstream and downstream industry chain,meanwhile,the three ways synchronous forward: integrating elements,ecological products and green manufacturing. We will achieve green industry poverty alleviation and form break through of reform of the supply front,and innovate the value chain of the bamboo fiber to win the new development opportunity and to upgrade the international competitiveness and promote the completion of the textile powers,need to move to the new eco-textiles( bio-based textile) from traditional textile growth,the conventional textile production should be switched to the high-tech textile production( capacity switching).
