长江经济带战略下的江苏沿江港口发展研究

A Study on the Development of Ports along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province in the Context of the Yangtze River Economic Zone Strategy

文章首先通过江苏沿江区域概况介绍和发展落后的原因对江苏沿江港口背景进行了分析,并通过与周边港口的比较得出优劣势。然后从自然条件、区位交通、腹地经济和社会环境综合效益四个角度对江苏沿江各港口进行比较分析。在此基础上,立足长江经济带战略和江苏周边港口发展的大环境,对江苏沿江港口进行发展定位。最后对江苏沿江港口发展提出相关对策建议:抓住长江经济带发展机遇,顺势开展港口建设;构建协同发展港口群,引领良性竞争;利用优势条件,创建强大的运输网络;提高港口服务支撑作用,促进港城联动发展。

Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the ports along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province（Pa YRJ）through a brief introduction of ports along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province and the causes of its lag-behind,then obtainsthe advantages and disadvantages by comparing with the neighboring ports. Secondly,the paper,takes advantages of naturalconditions,traffic location,port hinterland economy and social environment comprehensive benefits of these four key indica-tors to carry on a comparative analysis of the Pa YRJ. On this basis,the paper defines the Pa YRJ development strategy basedon the Yangtze River Economic Zone（YREZ）and the situation of ports development around Jiangsu province. Finally,the pa-per proposes the relevant suggestions for the Pa YRJ,such as seizing the development opportunities of the YREZ strategy totake advantage of the development of port construction; leading the benign competition through construction of collaborativedevelopment of ports group; taking advantage of the conditions to create a strong transportation network; and improving theport service function to promote the development of ports and cities.
