摘要
文章运用协调发展模型和剪刀差方法,定量分析生态足迹与经济发展的协调度和变化趋势,揭示经济发展因子对生态足迹的影响机制,对城市生态环境与经济协调可持续发展具有重要意义。研究结果表明:2005-2014年,淮南市整体呈现生态承载力略有下降,生态足迹、生态赤字加剧上升的趋势;万元GDP所消耗的生态足迹波动性下降,资源利用效益逐渐提高;生态足迹和经济发展的变化速率剪刀差从0.001增长到0.66,两者变化速率的分异性显著,生态足迹增长速率有所降低,生态足迹产生的环境压力对经济发展的约束作用不断减轻;生态足迹与经济发展协调度整体呈现增长趋势,其中2005-2008年属于快速增长期,2009-2014年属于曲折增长期,协调度从极度失调衰退转变为中级协调发展;GDP、人均GDP、非农产业比重均与生态足迹显著相关。最后,对协调发展模型和剪刀差方法的应用效果进行评估,并提出促进淮南市生态足迹与经济发展协调可持续发展的建议。
Based on the coordinated development model and scissor difference method,the coordinated degree and changetrend between ecological footprint and economic development are quantitatively analyzed,the influence mechanism of econom-ic development factors on ecological footprint is revealed,which are meaningful for the coordinated development between ur-ban eco-environment and economic sustainability. The results show that: From 2005 to 2014,the ecological footprint and eco-logical deficit increased remarkably in Huainan city,the ecological carrying capacity decreased a little; the ecological footprintper 10,000 yuan of GDP dropped with fluctuation,resource utilization efficiency was up gradually; the scissor difference be-tween ecological footprint and economic development increased from 0.001 to 0.66,and the difference between them aggravat-ed obviously,the growth rate of ecological footprint declined,and its environment pressure to economic industry also de-creased; the coordinated degree between ecological footprint and economic development increased on the whole,and they werefast increase from 2005 to 2008,fluctuated increase from 2009 to 2014,the coordinated degree changed from the extreme im-balance decline to intermediate coordinated development; GDP,GDP per capita,proportion of non agriculture were related toecological footprint. Finally,the application effect of the coordinated development model and scissor difference is evaluated,and the suggestions on the coordinated development of ecological footprint and economic sustainability for Huainan city areproposed.
