摘要
郑州新区中牟汽车工业园行政中心屋面防水设防等级为一级,采用了2 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+3 mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材的复合防水系统。本文介绍了该屋面的构造和防水施工的重点,并详细分析了出屋面管道、水落口和女儿墙等细部节点的防水施工工艺。
The waterproofing grade for roof of Zhong Mou Automobile Industrial Park in Zhengzhou is Ⅰ, and the roof adopted the combination system of 2 mm thick non-curing rubber modified asphalt coating and 3 mm thick SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane. The article introduced the structure of roof and key points of waterproofing construction, and analized the waterproofing construction technology of details such as roofing pipes, drain gullies and parapet walls.
