摘要
为了在产品动态连续创新中对创意投入产出效率进行评价,首先结合创意产生过程,从创意困难程度、生产模式变化程度、原创性、可实施性等方面构建了评价指标体系;然后,在充分考虑产品动态连续创新中创意评价问题特征的基础上,提出了基于数据包络分析交叉效率模型的创意评价方法,并通过聚类分析和对比分析方法为创意改进提供优化参考;最后,利用模拟案例分析验证了该方法的科学性与有效性。
The existing approaches are not able to solve the problem that how to evaluate the efficiency of input-output in ideas of products dynamically continuous innovation,this paper,firstly,combines ideas generation process from the degree of difficulty,the degree of change in production patterns,originality,the feasible for implementation and other aspects to build the evaluation index system.Then,the cross-efficiency data envelopment analysis model is proposed following taking full account of the characteristic of ideas evaluation in products dynamically continuous innovation,on the basis of cluster analysis and comparative analysis methods provide a reference for ideas optimization improvements.Finally,it utilizes a case to verify the scientificity and effectiveness of the proposed method.
