煤层气井高破裂压力因素分析及解决措施 被引量:2

摘要 以沁水盆地某区块68口压裂施工井中的8口失败井为研究对象,分析18次施工改造成功率仅78%的主要原因是煤储层破裂压力较高。造成破裂压力高的主要原因是射孔不够完善及地层滤失严重、施工过程中砂比使用不恰当以及煤储层自身的低杨氏模量和高泊松比。提出了3种解决措施:压裂施工过程采用大尺寸套管注入;研发适合煤储层压裂的高效压裂液体系,提高液体密度,增加井筒液柱压力;结合生产实际,采用高孔密、螺旋布孔方式使孔眼与裂缝起裂平面夹角最小从而降低破裂压力。此研究为煤层气井压裂提供了技术支持。 Taking 8 operation wells failed out of 68 wells from a block of Qinshui basin as an objective,the reason why the construction success rate just is only 78% after 18 times fracturing job is that coalbed has high fracturing pressure,due to serious imperfect perforation and formation fluid loss,inappropriate sand ratio during fracturing and Low Young's modulus and high Poisson's ratio of coalbed itself. In order to reduce fracturing pressure,three kinds of solutions were explorated: using large size casing injection during fracturing process; developing effective coalbed fracturing fluid system,improving the density of liquid and increasing wellbore fluid pressure; combining with the site actual producton,using high-density-screw hole to make minimum thetaangle of perforated hole and fracture initiation direction. This paper could provide technical support for such fracturing of CBM wells.
