β细胞调节素与糖尿病
摘要
自1993年Shing从小鼠胰腺β细胞瘤细胞中克隆成功β细胞调节素(BTC)以来,受到相关学者的广泛关注,对此进行了大量实验研究,其中研究最多的是BTC与糖尿病的相关性,并取得了可喜的进展。本文就BTC与糖尿病等相关问题的研究概况作一综述。
