GPR-54/kisspeptins与性发育

摘要 G蛋白偶联受体-54(GPR-54)是新发现的视黄酸家族成员之一,kisspep-tins是其内源性配体,两者均是哺乳动物体内的肽类物质,主要分布于中枢神经系统的下丘脑、弓状核等多个区域,均与性发育密切相关。实验证明GPR-54突变的大鼠性发育低下,人类发生GPR-54突变者性腺功能低下,不能进入青春期。GPR-54/kisspeptins在调节促性腺激素LH和FSH的释放、促进生殖器官的发育及青春期启动中均具有重要的作用。
