圆形水果分类包装机的设计和结构分析

Design and structural analysis for the round fruits categorize packer

针对圆形水果形状大小分类问题,研制出一种新型的集分类和网袋包装于一体的圆形水果分类包装机。该包装机主要由分类机构、送袋机构和包装机构组成。首先,运用两个反向旋转的滚轴轨道之间空间大小的改变实现水果大小分类功能;其次,通过曲柄连杆机构的相互配合完成网袋输送与裁剪的工作配合,实现送袋功能;最后,采用链传动和齿轮传动精确实现水果的包装。实验结果表明,该机器能够完成对圆形水果的分类和网袋包装工作,且结构设计简单经济,为圆形水果分类包装自动化提供一种切实可行的有效方案。

For the classification problem of the round fruits in shape and size,a novel integrated machine is provided,which can not only classify and also package in foam packing net for round fruit.The packing machine is mainly composed of a classification mechanism,a feeding mechanism and a packaging mechanism.First of all,classification of fruit size is achieved by the changing space between the two counter-rotating rollers;Secondly,the process of feeding bags is completed by the crank linkage,which can delivery and cut the foam packing net in one time;Finally,chains and gears are used to package accurately the round fruit.Experimental results show that the machine can classify and package the round fruits whose structure is simple and economic.That provides a practical and effective solution for classification packaging of the round fruits.
