摘要
以天然玄武岩为原料,利用电熔法制备了两种不同直径的连续玄武岩纤维,并采用直接浸渍模版法制备复合材料。通过强度、化学稳定性及微观形貌的表征,结果表明该连续玄武岩纤维及其制备的复合材料具有良好的物理化学性能。
By using natural basalt ore as raw material the continuous basalt fiber with different diameters was prepared by electrical melting method and the basalt fiber composites were prepared by dipping template method. The tensile strength,chemical durability and micromorphology were characterized and the results showed that the basalt fiber and its composites were of excellent physical and chemical properties.
