新疆水利水电工程环境监理工作实践与研究

环境监理在全国范围内实行,其借助环保专业及环保管理的专业优势帮助建设单位有效落实环评。环境监理工作是保证工程质量的重要内容,它有利于"三同时"制度的落实,有利于减免施工对环境的不利影响、保证工程建设与环境保护相协调、预防和避免环境污染事故的发生;有利于保证环境保护设施和环境影响减缓措施的建设质量,文章根据本单位在某水电站开展的环境监理工作,浅析环境监理工作重点,为同类地区或同类工程提供环境监理的参考和依据。

The important content of environmental supervision work is to guarantee the engineering quality,it is conducive to the implementation of the ＂three simultaneity＂system,is advantageous to the reduction of the adverse impact of construction on the environment,ensure coordinated engineering construction and environmental protection,prevent and avoid environmental pollution accidents; To ensure environmental protection facilities and the construction quality of environmental impact mitigation measures,in this paper,according to this unit in a hydropower station of environmental supervision work,focus on environmental supervision is analyzed,environmental supervision in the same region or similar projects for reference and basis.
