妊娠早期孕妇血清PAPP-A水平观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察孕早期妇女血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白A ( PAPP-A )水平变化。方法采用基于免疫微球标记的化学发光法检测160份孕8~14周妇女血清标本中的PAPP-A,并比较不同年龄、体质量指数( BMI)的孕12周妇女血清PAPP-A水平。结果孕8、9、10、11、12、13、14周孕妇中位血清PAPP-A水平分别为0.37、0.89、1.76、2.85、4.53、7.29、10.46μg/mL,孕早期血清PAPP-A水平随孕周增加而增高(P均<0.05)。孕12周孕妇中,年龄≤25岁、>25~30岁、>30~35岁、>35岁孕妇血清PAPP-A水平分别为(4.78±0.43)、(5.02±0.38)、(4.28±0.29)、(3.62±0.18)μg/mL,其中年龄>35岁者血清PAPP-A水平低于年龄≤25岁、>25~30岁、>30~35岁者( P均<0.05);BMI 16~19者、>19~24者、>24者血清PAPP-A水平分别为(6.36±0.81)、(5.79±0.66)、(4.70±0.45)μg/mL,其中BMI>24者血清PAPP-A水平高于BMI 16~19者、>19~24者( P均<0.05)。结论孕早期妇女血清PAPP-A水平随孕周增加而增高,高龄者(年龄>35岁)和高BMI者( BMI>24)血清PAPP-A显著降低;在校正孕妇BMI、年龄等因素影响后,可得到更为精确的检测结果。
