摘要
传统的非创伤性测量方法大多根据用脉压袋压迫动脉血管所产生的内部血流信息特征来判断血压。本文通过对脉压袋和肱动脉力学特性的分析,论证了脉压波包络线上的拐点是动脉壁内外侧压强的平衡状态,提出了一个测量收缩压和舒张压的理想化力学模型。通过一百余例实际测试,并与听诊法测量结果进行统计相关分析,证明了该模型的实用性。
<ABSTRACT>
Most of conventional methods of noninvasive measurement are determi-
ning blood pressure according to the characteristics of internal information
of blood flow in arterial vessel under the stress of cuff.
This paper made an analysis of mechanical behavior of cuff and brachial
artery by principle of ifientification, and proved that the inflexion point
on envelope curve of cuff pulsatory waves is exactly the balance status of
pressures between inside and outside arterial wall. A simplified mechanical
model and an algorithm of determining the inflexion point is suggested.
We have applied this method to B. P. measurement in more than 100
subjects. The results prove this model is feasible.
