摘要 智能化是传感器的发展趋势。文章针对ST-03A型甲烷传感器,以嵌入式微处理器MCF5307为核心设计了一套智能传感器系统。文章提出分时动态测试法,利用同一传感器对甲烷和一氧化碳同时监测,由BP神经网络进行数据融合,消除一氧化碳的交叉敏感,改善了传感器的选择性,将传感器置于恒温槽中避免了温度波动对测量结果的影响。通过这些技术显著提升了传感器的性能,达到了煤矿用甲烷测量标准要求。 Intelligence is an important direction of sensor development. In this paper, an intelligent system of ST- 03A methane sensor was designed based on embedded microprocessor of MCF5307. One method made sensors work under changeless temperature used to avoid interference of temperature was established. This paper proposed a time-share dynamic measurement method used to measure both methane and carbon monoxide by the same sensor. The technology of data fusion based on BP neural network was applied to restrain the cross sensitivity of carbon monoxide. By means of these methods, the performance of sensor is improved observably and it can meet the standards of methane measurement in coal mine.
