摘要
文章主要从流程设计、控制器硬件方案和自适应模糊PID算法三个方面,系统地阐述了冷却系统实现高精度供液温度控制的方法。开发的专用控制器及其内置的算法,能够适应被冷却设备的功率变化,其温度控制精度具有很强的鲁棒性,能够满足设备的长期稳定工作的需要。
In this paper, a cooling system with high accuracy and stability of the supply temperature is dis cussed. In this system, the methods, such as system process design, hardware control scheme and self-adaptive fuzzy PID control system algorithm are proposed.
