A static rolling stock weighing station is used to measure wheel loads, axle load and gross weights of various rolling stocks. It is a special railway metering appliance for determining the weight and weight distribution in static state. The updated verification regulation weakens the characteristics of a weighing station as a＂weighing apparatus＂. It emphasizes the characteristics relating to ＂force value＂. As compared to the version of 1994,permissible errors,verification methods,verification items and standards applied to the weighing stations are changed, which are easier to understand and carry out.The release and implementation of the updated verification regulation can solve quantity value transfer of weighing systems that cannot be verified with weights,such as small table-top weighing station,portable weighing station and so forth.
