Study on Compulsory Certification of Special Railway Products

分析、对比我国强制性产品认证和铁路专用产品认证制度,提出铁路专用产品强制性认证的确定原则。针对铁路各专业典型性产品进行风险分析,研究实施强制性认证的可行性,得到继续推行自愿性铁路产品认证采信制度的结论。

The article analyzes and compares the domestic compulsory product certification system and the special railway product certification system,putting forward the determination principle of compulsorily certifying special railway products.It make a risk analysis on typical products for each speciality relating to railways,studies the feasibility of implementing compulsory certification, and makes a conclusion that it shall keep on promoting the voluntary railway product certification admissibility system.
