邮储银行转型发展契合服务“一带一路”建设战略研究

Research on the Transformation and Development of Postal Savings Bank of China accord with “The Belt and Road” Construction Strategy

本文将中国邮政储蓄银行作为研究对象,综合运用经验总结法、SWOT分析法和逻辑分析法,探寻"一带一路"背景下邮储银行转型的突破口,通过借鉴国有商业银行以及中小型股份制商业银行应对"一带一路"机遇的现实经验,提出了邮储银行多个层次的转型建议。

In this research,experience summing-up method,SWOT analysis and logical analysis will be appliedto explore the necessity of transformation of Postal Savings Bank of China. Through referring the experiences from maincommercial banks and some other small and medium joint-stock commercial banks in China,this research puts somesuggestions on Postal Saving Bank of China＇s transformation in several levels.
