互联网金融人才发展战略研究

Research on Internet Financial Talent Development

当前互联网金融急速发展,并且在未来发展空间也极大,而互联网金融人才供给却始终无法满足需求,从长远来看这必将影响互联网金融的持续健康发展。互联网金融与传统金融在市场定位、发展理念、销售模式等方面存在差异。互联网金融人才是复合型人才,兼具金融知识、互联网技术、创新和法治思维、实践能力、风险意识等。根据这一特点,政府应该制定发展战略,互联网金融企业借用外脑,分享发展成果,高等院校应该优化课程设置,完善教学方式,提高教师队伍,从多个主体构建完善的互联网金融人才培训体系。

The internet finance develops rapidly and also has a broad space for development in future. However,the internet financial talent supply cannot meet the demand. It will affect the sustained and healthy development of theinternet finance in the long run. Internet finance and traditional finance are different in market positioning,idea of de-velopment,sales pattern and so on. The internet financial talent belongs to inter-disciplinary talent. They should havefinancial knowledge,internet technology,the innovative thinking,the rule of law thinking,practical ability,riskawareness,ect. According to this characteristic,the government should specify the development strategy,the internetfinancial enterprises should use external resources,share the achievements of development;University should opti-mize the curriculum,improve teaching methods,improve the quality of teachers,and finally build the Internet finan-cial talent training system from several aspects.
