A Review of Domestic and Foreign Research on Crowdfunding

近年来,全球众筹融资发展迅速,相关研究也在不断丰富。国外学者对众筹的运行机制进行了较多的研究,内容集中于分析众筹参与者的决策机制及众筹项目成功与否的影响因素等问题,对象主要是回报类众筹;国内相关文献较少,且众筹实践仍处于起步阶段的现实决定了相关研究主要是理论和案例分析,实证研究相对较少。结合中国众筹实践发展情况,使用理论模型、实证研究等研究方法,系统、深入研究中国众筹运行机制、众筹成败的影响因素、众筹的规范化发展等问题,将是未来研究的重要方向。

In recent years,the global crowdfunding has grown quickly. The crowdfunding related researches arealso increasing. Many researches on the mechanism of crowdfunding have been conducted by foreign scholars. It main-ly focuses on the analysis of the decision-making mechanism and the factors affecting the success of the crowfunding,especially the reward-based crowdfunding. The domestic related literature is relatively less. The fact the crowdfundingpractice is still in its infancy stage determines the related researches are theoretical and case analysis,the empirical re-search is still less. With the development of crowdfunding in China,the empirical and theoretical study should be con-ducted,the topics like the operational mechanism of the crowdfunding,the factors influencing its success,its standard-ization development should be studied in the future.
