阿魏酸钠联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Sodium Ferulate in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Combined with Ozagrel Sodium

目的探讨阿魏酸钠联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2015年7月河北省保定市民安依棉医院所收治的90例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组45例。对照组患者采用奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予阿魏酸钠。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、神经功能缺损情况。结果试验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均明显低于治疗前,且试验组患者的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死患者临床疗效明显,可有效改善患者神经功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium ferulate in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction with ozagrel sodium.Methods July 2014 to 2015,Baoding City,Hebei Province,the CAS is selected according to cotton hospital treated 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients as the research object,according to the random number table method can be divided into the control group and the experimental group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium ozagrel treatment,experimental group patients in the control group were given sodium ferulate.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The test group patients total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）; after treatment,NIHSS score of two groups of patients were significantly lower in the treatment before,scale of patients in the test group and the United States National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） was significantly lower than that of the control group,differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Sodium ferulate combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction in patients with clinical curative effect,can effectively improve neurological function.
