摘要
永定河地处京畿要地,是一条灾害频繁的河道。掌握永定河洪水演进规律,对提高永定河防洪水平,保障首都安全尤为重要。另外,永定河被一些不法分子滥采乱挖,部分河段河床结构遭到严重破坏。构建了永定河三家店至梁各庄段水动力学洪水模拟数值模型,分析现状河道条件下的永定河行洪特性,在没有实测洪水资料情况下,模型模拟结果与《永定河防洪规划报告》(2005年)成果总体一致,模型成果较为合理,可应用于永定河洪水风险分析、洪水调度等工作。
Yongding River, located at a key location of Beijing, is a flood-prone region in the history. The mastery of the rule of flood routing of Yongding River is particularly important to enhance the flood control of Yongding River and assure the safety of the capital city. In recent years, Yongding River has not been replenished resulting in its drying up most of the year. Some sections have been excavated illegally, and river channels are severely damaged. The implementation of "five lakes and one route" project can effectively improve the river ecosystem. In consideration of change in cross section of Yongding River to Liangge Village, this article, constructs numerical simulation model of hydrodynamics and analyzes the characteristics of Yongding River under current situation of river channels.
