应用型高等院校本科毕业论文质量管理和质量控制研究——以大连海洋大学为例

Research on Quality Management and Quality Control of Undergraduate Theses in Applied Colleges and Universities:Taking Dalian Ocean University as a Case

本科毕业论文是本科教学中重要的实践环节,对实现人才培养目标意义重大,也是衡量高校教学水平的重要标准,是认证学位资格的重要依据。因此,确保本科毕业论文的质量,是目前本科教学改革中的重要课题。总结应用型高等院校本科毕业论文质量评价理论与实践经验,梳理毕业论文质量评价标准与技术方法,从学生、教师、学校等各方面总结出应用型高等院校现行毕业论文教学质量管理的经验与不足,根据PDCA质量管理思想与本科毕业论文质量管理的特点,构建出本科毕业论文的质量评价与质量监控体系的结构和运行机制,对推进应用型高校本科毕业论文质量评价与管理的实践与改革至关重要。

Bachelor thesis is an important practice in undergraduate teaching aspect.It reflected an important part of training objectives and an important measure of quality of university teaching,but also an important basis for certification degree qualification.Therefore,to ensure the quality of theses is an important undergraduate teaching issue.This paper is to summarize the quality evaluation theory and the practice experience of undergraduate graduation thesis in application-oriented colleges and universities,to card the evaluation criteria and technical method,to sum up the higher education experience and deficiencies of quality management from students,teachers,schools and some other various aspects.It is of great importance to the quality evaluation and management of the undergraduate graduation thesis by basing on the PDCA quality management thought and the characteristics of the undergraduate graduation thesis to build up the quality of the evaluation and the structure of the quality monitoring system and operational mechanism.
