Diagnosis and treatment progression of spinal pigmented villonodular synovitis

摘要 色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎（PVNS）是一种病因不明的良性滑膜增生性疾病[1]。PVNS主要表现为滑膜组织的绒毛样或结节样增生,由于含铁血黄素的沉积,病变组织肉眼呈黄褐色[2-3]。PVNS主要累及四肢承重关节,很少累及脊柱,有报道称脊柱PVNS发病率约为1.8/100万[4-5]。自Kleinman等[6]于1980年首次报道脊柱PVNS病例以来,脊柱PVNS的报道多为个案报告[2-4,6-7]。
