This paper by using the advantages of perspective to explore the role of social work in the youth services,to carry out community service as an adolescent by the take the case,estimation,planning,action,assessment,and concluded the process of composition,and how common kind in Social Work found during use,the advantages of youth development,the potential to promote growth of young people.
